Topology with dynamical quarks

Abstract: We present a first study of the topology of SU(3) gauge configurations produced using a non-perturbatively improved Wilson action with two flavours of dynamical quarks as part of the UKQCD collaboration. Results are presented on the ergodicity of the GHMC algorithm with respect to the topological sectors and the topological susceptibility and its proposed proportionality to the mass of the dynamical quarks.
