Nonperturbative Evaluation of Short-Distance Wilson Loops
Abstract: I present a nonperturbative method for evaluating short distance quantities in lattice QCD. It employs a modified microcanonical updating procedure which results in errors that fall linearly with computer time, rather than as the usual square root. I apply the method to small Wilson loops.
