Non-perturbative improvement of operators without quenching

Abstract: Recently, Bhattacharya et al. (hep-lat/9904011) have shown how to use axial and vector Ward identities with non-degenerate quarks in order to determine all improvement coefficients needed for bilinear operators. Their method applies only to the quenched theory. We discuss the extension of this method to the unquenched theory.
